The platform is provided for personal study and focus. You are expected to use the service in compliance with laws and community guidelines. Behaviour that harasses others, spams or shares harmful content is prohibited.

You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password. You may be held responsible for actions taken through your account.

The name WayUpStudy, logo and platform content belong to WayUpStudy. Unauthorised commercial use, copying or republication is not permitted.

The core of WayUpStudy is free: there is no charge for the lobby or for the shared session that starts at 21:00 every evening. Alongside it we offer a paid subscription called Premium (3.99 USD per month, 35.99 USD per year), which includes unlimited rooms and a daily AI session report. Payments are taken through our payment provider acting as merchant of record, so your card details never reach us. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel; when you cancel you keep premium until the end of the period you have paid for. Refund terms are set out on our Refund and Cancellation Policy page. We may change our prices; a change applies to an existing subscription only after notice given before its next renewal.

We may update or discontinue the service with notice. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or closed.

The service is provided "as is". The maximum limitation of liability applies within the applicable legal framework.

The platform is intended for users aged 18 and over; by registering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
